Auditing

The audit procedures consist of a review of the implemented planning and scheduling system to ensure that scheduling best practices were followed.

Among others, our schedule audit will check if your schedules have:

 –  An effective schedule methodology, aligned with the standards establish by the Project Management Institute

 –  A baseline with a structural integrity and easy to maintain as possible

 –  A well defined critical path network with a minimum number of constraints

 –  Suitable custom fields set up and valid data entered to meet your reporting needs

 –   Appropriate contingency padding for time

 –  Low level of risk

 –  High likelihood of finishing successfully

 –  Suitable update process for tracking your project

Auditing

 –  Tables, views, filters and groups setup to make reporting easy, accurate and consistent across all schedules

An audit should take place within a few months after start of the Project, and at least once a year
