Auditing
The audit procedures consist of a review of the implemented planning and scheduling system to ensure that scheduling best practices were followed.
Among others, our schedule audit will check if your schedules have:
– An effective schedule methodology, aligned with the standards establish by the Project Management Institute
– A baseline with a structural integrity and easy to maintain as possible
– A well defined critical path network with a minimum number of constraints
– Suitable custom fields set up and valid data entered to meet your reporting needs
– Appropriate contingency padding for time
– Low level of risk
– High likelihood of finishing successfully
– Suitable update process for tracking your project

– Tables, views, filters and groups setup to make reporting easy, accurate and consistent across all schedules
An audit should take place within a few months after start of the Project, and at least once a year
