Project Control
For complex projects, having a Project Controller, who is able to coordinate different team members, integrate all the project information and communicate it effectively to the Project Management team, is fundamental to a project success.
On the other hand, for small or medium size projects, where the requirements related to time, cost and risk are not so demanding, a single Project Controller can effectively manage all those different aspects.
Our Project Controllers can perform both roles and successfully manage the following areas of the project:
– Integration Management, including contributing to the development of the project strategy
– Schedule management, including development, updating and maintenance
– Risk management, including risk analysis and maintain the risk register
– Earned Value Management, including cost control
